Villas "Tohun" This is the interpretation of the Mediterranean spirit of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The green areas around the houses completely suit the Mediterranean style of the buildings and the sea view, which opens from each house.
The villas in the complex are to be built separately on a plot chosen by the client. The main lanes, communications and lighting will be constructed in advance to ensure independent access to each plot at any time. Houses from the luxury class can be located on a plot with a land from 400 sq.m. to 1200 sq.m. The area intended for development depends primarily on the customer’s requirements. Available versions concerning the building on the plot may be one big house or two smaller, depending on the customer’s preferences.
